Angie's Pool & Spa, Inc. was established in 1990. Angie started in the pool business in May of 1985. At this time she was employed by Marcum Faust Pools where she was responsible for many jobs. Many of her store customers remember her from building pools, servicing pools, and weekly service. After leaving Marcum Faust she journeyed to a distribution company were she was a Customer Service Representative to all the local pool dealers in Indiana and the surrounding states. Over the years she learned many things about pools. She spent several years building a team that she is very proud of and trains them with the latest in technology, but not forgetting what works best for the customer. With this web-site she hopes to inform you of not only of her company's capabilities, but to educate you on buying a pool or even taking care of your existing pool. We are a company that is dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Angie is the best! She took action & solved my pool issues I'd been having since my pool was installed (3 years)...when the pool co. (P.O.F) that installed it couldn't & wouldn't fix it. I just went to her co. to buy a few bottles of chlorine b-cuz my pool co. ran out. Angie listened to me vent & then she came to my house that night & figured out the issue the very same day...after 3 years fighting w/P.O.F.!!! P.OF. just kept replacing the filter ea. year, only putting a 'band-aid' on the issue; thus, causing me to spend thousands of $$ & to no avail. Their service mgr was rude & shouvenistic...he believes 'females' are simple-minded & incapable of executing the mechanical aspect of a pool (and more I'm sure) & aftr complaing about him- the co's response was yeah, we've recvd numerous complaints about him & how he talks & treats women..he actually pointed the blame at me, accusing me of not doing what they told me to do (when I honestly spent a min. of 1-2 hrs/night cleaning, scrubbing& dumping MORE chemicals ($$$) in the pool every night!!!). P.O.F. actually blamed it on the overspray from the farmers, on yellow, back& green mustards & me, of course...and, it wasnt until Angie fixed this issue, that I could actually see the bottom of my pool & upon inspection, found that the liner was ruined b-cuz of ALL the chemicals they kept telling me to dump in there...so a 3 1/2 yr. old pool had a liner that was shot ($4000 replacement) in addtn to the thousands spent in chmcls, etc. It was the 3rd yr. that the co. began brushing me & the issue off... enter Angie, THANK GOD!!! -AND- her willingness to take ownrshp of an issue that she didnt cause or have to concern herslf wth...she couldve just sold me the 12 bottles of chlorine, listen to me rant for 10 mins & that would've been that...instead, Angie worked w/the manufacturer of my pool filter to resolve my ever frustrating, never ending, NOT FUN (P.O.FUN-yeah, right!) 'mystery' issue. So, Angie has great repore w/ many in the field...in addition to her experience& willingness to help. Her crew is absolutely wonderful ...Angie's experience shines through ea. & every employee. I would NEVER use anyone but Angie's & that is a fact!

I take my water in once a week to be tested and it's like stopping by to visit friends! Angie's is the best!
