At our studio you will find a laid back atmosphere, friendly help with any questions you may have about beginning a practice or how to improve, and dedicated teachers who are curious to find out about you and helping you achieve your goals. We are always available to chat with you about your progress as well as offering suggestions tailored to your individual needs. We understand that stepping through the doors on your first day for practice is tough, so we provide the friendly support to help you figure out where to go and what to do so you feel good about your practice. You won’t be shuffled around, and treated like a burden because your new… rather, you’ll be treated like a new friend and shown what we have to offer and the tools to help you. Jenni and Ross take the time to welcome and know each participant. They are always helpful in enabling each of us to achieve our best form in each pose. They practice the teachings of yoga.

This is the only yoga studio that I have been to where they really get to know everyone that comes in. Their overwhelming knowledge coupled with their welcoming enthusiasm keeps me coming back!
