To enhance the barbecue flavor, each cut of meat is seasoned with our own special blend of spices. Down South, barbecue chefs will argue endlessly over whose barbecue is best, but one thing they will agree on: “Cook it low and smoke it slow.” Our side dishes and desserts also receive the same special care. Eat in or carry out, great ribs and brisket sandwich. Be sure to ask for extra sauce. We have a bottle at home for carry out.
