Indy's appealing and accessible yoga and Pilates studio, Invoke Studio features vinyasa (a flow yoga that ties movement with breath), dynamic Pilates mat classes, and Pilates reformer sessions. Invoke Studio began its journey in the winter of 2005 in the heart of downtown Indianapolis and has quickly blossomed into one of Indy's busiest and top-rated yoga and pilates studios. Invoke's second location at 86th & Guion Rd opened in 2011. With two locations, Invoke now offers over 50 class options a week.
Invoke Studio is proud to host Yoga Alliance Approved Teacher Training Programs as well as Peak Pilates Teacher Training programs.

Great instructors who will really bust your butt when you want a solid Yoga practice that not only calms your mind, but gets your blood pumping. I also love the location and hot room

Chuck's class is absolutely unbelievable. I learned more from him in the first three classes than I have ever learned anywhere else. I also really love Yvonne's classes. She has a lot of energy and a great, quirky personality. All the instructors at Invoke are perfect yoga role-models, and they make me a better student because of their diligent, constant practice.
