For authentic homemade Cajun food that will thrill your stomach and soul, you MUST go to Mudbugs! The LeBlanc familu and their staff are so warm and welcoming and care about cleanliness, customers, and cooking the best Cajun food in Carmel/Indy. You'll swear you were in Louisiana when you leave. A definite bragging right Mudbugs can also boast is that, since the day they opened, they have never gotten less than 100% on any health inspection. How I love that place!

Excellent Jambalaya...also black eyed pea jambalaya for you veggie lovers. The crawfish boils are fun and festive.

As "displaced" Cajuns, we were so excited to find a truly authentic Cajun restaurant. Best fried shrimp po-boy and crawfish ettouffee in this town!! Everything else is amazing, too! Including the fine people working there!
