I've been to all of the cajun eateries around town and none of them stack up to Mudbugs. Not even close! My favorite items are the shrimp poboy sandwich, dirty rice (a must have!) and crawfish casserole.

Awesome hush puppies, homemade potato chips, red beans & rice, dirty rice, chicken courtbouillon....the list could go on and on. I highly recommend the Pick 3 combo, so you can try multiple dishes in one trip!

Love the crawfish casserole and po-boys. Also darn god jambalaya and who can resist those hush puppies?
