Personal fitness evaluations, consultations and workouts as often as needed with certified professional staff.
Monthly educational sessions, clinics and classes.
Comfortable locker rooms with sauna, steam room & whirlpool.
Towel service.
Equipment checkout (basketballs, volleyballs, security locker keys, heart rate monitors, golf clubs/balls, ping pong paddles/balls).

The following are available for a nominal fee or discounted rate: Permanent locker rental, Massage Therapy, F.I.T. (Families Involved Together), IU Natatorium, and Indianapolis Tennis Center.

By participating in the HIT classes I have lost at least 8% body fat in approx 14weeks maybe more by now. I enjoy the stress relief from these work outs & the energy it gives me which is so much more than when you go home & in theory relax (which never seems to really happen).
