May not be known as a seafood restaurant, but so far I haven't had any better seafood than I've had at the Palomino. The salmon and scallops are fantastic.

I hate to vote for a chain, but when it comes to New American cuisine, it's hard to find an Indy location that is more consistently satisfying than Palomino.
