Adrian has transformed me from a 205 pound heavy weight to a 255 pound Semi State Qualifier and All-American, his program is like no other he has a passion for what he does and he inspired me to follow in the footprints of personal training my self. PSS is the best form of training in the state of Indiana!

my 11 year old son loves it, they make it tough but very fun. i would recommend panko to any parents that would love to have their child get fit and have fun doing it. my son has felt great about himself since he has been attending.
