Very helpful, responsive staff! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the food you have at your tasting is the EXACT same as what you end up with on your wedding day. One of our dishes was noticeably different...

Love them! They were willing to really work with us and customize our menu for our wedding. We ended up having food no one had ever seen before at another event and it was delicious. LOVE them.

I did my wedding with the Ritz and they did a phenomenal job...always do. Definitely the one to go to for a wedding or any catering event.
