Boxing is one of the most well-rounded forms of physical conditioning you can find. Boxers undergo a series of difficult activities to obtain total fitness throughout the entire body. In addition to building mental toughness - development of cardio endurance, lean muscle mass, strength and power is critical. Professionally certified fighters take members through the rigors of a real boxing regimen, without the stress of the actual fight.
To offset the FREE Parkinson's classes - All-Women's Classes, Special Needs Classes and Personal Training is offered.
