While Linda focuses mainly on wedding cakes and her teaching career, she also accepts challenges to create unique cakes for many special occasions including birthdays, showers, anniversaries and corporate events. Sweet Art Galleries has the ability to create a beautiful cake that tastes as good as it looks. Rolled fondant cakes often get knocked for “looking pretty but tasting awful” in the words of many brides to be. Since developing Choco-Pan® in the early 90’s, Linda has been able to give her customers that beautiful rolled fondant look with the taste of white chocolate. Today Choco-Pan® is sold all over the United States and internationally.
