I've been around Martial Arts for over 30 years... Over my many years in the Arts I've had the honor of being a Student, Instructor, Coach, Master, Treasurer, and former President of the State Association. With my involvement in such roles I've had the pleasure of working with almost every competitive school or club in the Mid-West. Here in Indiana we're blessed with some great schools and school owners that truly put their heart and soul into what they do. Indiana has been recognized on every level in the arts from the National scene to the International world be it from a competitive stand point or just our leadership in our values and integrity, always putting the student and athlete first.
This category in many other states would be an easy task but in the hoosier state it'a a little more difficult. I however will have to give the edge to Level 10 Martial Arts for a couple of reasons. They offer a lot more than your typical Martial Arts program, they truly offer a life style with a family atmosphere. Teaching someone how to kick and punch is a given in ever school but to teach people how to become leaders and control their lives instead of waiting for it to control them isn't your normal everyday class found in martial arts schools. In my humble opinion Level 10 Martial Arts offers things that other schools just don't have.
Born and raised in Indiana and former member of our military Master Theros the founder of Level 10 is a true student of the arts. He has traveled the world learning first hand, only to bring those experiences home to pass them along to his students. Offering Kung Fu, Hapkido, Tradtional Taekwondo, Olympic Taekwondo, Leadership, etc... Always keeping it fresh he has Masters brought in to put on workshops and occasionally he flies in a celebrity from time to time to host private seminars. Master Theros and his instructors are true role models that put the development of their students first. I could sit here on my computer and tell you many stories about how they've changed lives or the benifits from being a member of Level 10 but I believe that Martial Arts isn't a spectator sport... give them a call or just show up and see what I've seen... a true leader in our community.
