Horrible experience. From the diva dude that answers the phone with such attitude he might as well be working at the MAC counter at Keystone, to the guy who sat in on my entire appointment and bitched about his clients and who ridiulous it is they would want a consultation, and ultimately to the quality of work done by my artist in filling my tattoo... 4 hours, $350 and you can't see a difference. I was told "they only make two shades of brown." Right. Now I go somewhere where they actually care about the quality of their work, are courteous and respectful to clients. Don't believe the hype - these people just suck.
I just visited Voluta for the first time on Monday and had a very positive experience with Dina! After getting treated poorly by moody "artists" at other shops in Indy and Broad Ripple, I was thrilled to find a comfortable place with talented artists who respect me and my time. THANK YOU!
